Maple
(intake 9/26/2020 adoption 3/10/2021)
Maple has been with us for almost 3 years now. She is a bundle of joy and has become her dad’s best friend! Maple always wants to play fetch, loves going on walks, and never says no to a good belly rub. As the pictures show, Maple is inseparable from her little brother, Cheeto (our cat also adopted from LAWS). Adopting Maple was one of the best and most rewarding things I’ve ever done. She is so loving and is the glue to our little family!

Rutt
(intake-9/28/2020 adoption-2/7/2021)
Rutt is very much still a pup at heart. When he plays, he plays hard.
He is obsessed with water. Would chase the sprinkler forever. Unfortunately, those days ended for him late this summer. Off and on notice a few issues with him. Some lameness that went away quickly but would come back.
Felt it was either his hips or stifle. It was his stifle/knee. We opted to try medical maintenance. So far so good.
No more sprinkler or playing ball for him. Want to keep him around for the long haul.
I love Rutt, he’s my buddy.
~Corrina and Ammon
Remington
(intake-3/3/2020 adoption 11/4/2020)
Remi is now 6 years old and is loving his best life on the ranch. He’s become quite the “herding”dog. He is home with my husband every day and truly LOVES his people. All of our kids have moved away and he’s the happiest when we’re all together. He literally gets depressed when any of us leave for a period. We’ve always had AKC registered German shepherds and he has by far been the best dog we’ve ever owned! We’re soo thankful for him!
~Britt T.
Hopper
(intake-1/15/2021 adoption-3/17/2021)
Hopper is such a wonderful dog! And maybe a little spoiled (that one photo is from a restaurant that had a dog menu). We just celebrated his 3rd birthday and went on lots of adventures this year. He is our comic relief and a good cuddle bug. We moved south to CO earlier this year and he’s loving the warmer weather! But we still visit our friends in Laramie!
~Melanie M
Pearl
(intake-6/23/2020 adoption-11/14/2020)
Hi. Pearl is WONDERFUL! She’s living her best life! We kept her name as it fits her so well. She’s got hip issues from her early struggles as a wee pup but she manages despite them.
We took these pics two weeks ago. She LOVES the water and exploring as long as her family is in sight.
We have two young grandchildren that play with her and love on her. She’s great with them!
She doesn’t leave the campsite when remote camping with us. She doesn’t need a leash. She WANTS to be near family. We’ve taken her on many camping trips all over Utah, Wyoming, Colorado, Arizona.
We want to give the rescue a HUGE THANK YOU for saving her life! She’s such a sweetheart!! We’ve not introduced her to anyone that doesn’t think she’s a sweetheart.
~Kelley C.
Tuke
(intake-9/28/2020 adoption-12/20/2020)
Tuke is doing great! He’s been enjoying the country life and always loves going to the mountains! We always take him with for ranger rides to check cattle and he loves going for swims in the stock tanks!
~Colton H.
Ralphie
(intake 1/21/2021 adoption 5/26/2021)
Benny (previously Ralphie) is doing great. He is a very energetic, social, happy and slight dramatic pup. He loves adventures outdoors, stuffed unicorn toys and seeing his friends (dogs and humans). He was also able to take an agility class that he loved. Benny has not only been a wonderful addition to my life but everyone he meets. Feel free to share on social media and thank you guys for all of your amazing work.
~ Kelsey J.
Rocky
(Intake 1/9/2022 adoption 4/27/2022)
Hi! We named him Albert. He’s doing amazing, he has the funniest personality! He sticks by someone’s side at all times and is the sweetest ever!
~Grace B.
Diva
(intake-1/21/2021 adoption-5/10/2021
Hi!! Diva is now Nellie and doing amazing! She is rambunctious but also the most cuddly and loving dog you’ll ever meet. She loves to run around with her sister then spend the whole afternoon napping! Not sure if any of her siblings ended up with this but we did learn she’s missing about half her teeth - they simply never came in. It causes no issues but it does make it so her tongue often falls out of her mouth, so we get a good laugh.
~Nolan and Madi
Chewy
(intake 9/27/2020 adoption 12/2/2020)
Bowser, formally Chewy, has turned into a fun and happy dog. Pretty goofy with floppy ears. He loves to have his head cuddled, doesn't understand the game of fetch at all, preferring to have other dogs chase him while playing keep away with the toy in use, and has even learned how to use a dog door where he sits on the porch contentedly taking in the sights and sounds.
~ Kevin B.
Osa
(intake 4/4/2020 adoption 10/2/2020)
Elsa (previously Osa) is doing very good.
Elsa has made great strides in her 6 short years of life. She lives on a small 13 acre farm with the majority of her time spent curled up next to a wood stove. Elsa has made several prolonged trips to high elevation where she grudgingly accepts sleeping in the “out of doors”. However, recently her prolonged trips have been interrupted because of recent sprains to her knee (CCL). Elsa is working through those setbacks—and the fears that came with them—with diligence.
Elsa has a lot of nicknames, and continues to be the silliest character we have ever met. She’s a caring soul and tries hard to understand the world around her (even if she is a bit suspicious of things she hasn’t sniffed yet!). Hobbies include snuggling with her “pack”, watching her flocks of geese and chickens, tracking field-mice across her 13 acre pasture, and playing in shallow water.
~Sari
Rukus
(intake 4/1/2019 adoption 6/12/2019)
Rye (LAWS name was Rukas) He is the sweetest boy!!! He is the best BFF with our boxer...they are inseparable…
~Colleen D.
Sugar
(intake 1/2/2020 adoption 4/1/2020)
Sugar has been doing really well and loves playing with my other pitbull. She is still named Sugar and you are welcome to share her on social media. Here are a couple pictures of her enjoying nature.
~Tim W.
Addie
(intake 1/2/2020 adoption 4/1/2020)
She is a silly girl, and we feel so fortunate to have her in our lives. Her and her brother are best friends. She is definitely the runt of the letter and never really got very big but that’s all right.
~Allison P.
Lena and Ollie
(intake 5/13/2020 adoption 6/20/2020)
We have felt so blessed to have them.
They each grew into such wonderful, loving fur babies- independent of each other & together .
Thankful for them - and for what you do
We lost Koda 11/6/2022
~Mikki and Bruce.
Dex
(intake 9/13/2020 adoption 11/7/2020)
This is my favorite photo of Dex , taken on our walk in October, 2023.
Thank you for checking on Wonderful Dex! He is a lovely dog with a good heart and connected to both of us. He is an easy companion, affectionate, curious and smart.
Dex is quite confident at home. We walk in the pasture once or twice everyday, usually a mile, always on a long-lead leash. However, we still do not have a “heel” although he does have a good recall - maybe 90%. He learns very quickly and wants to please.
I’ve planned to contact you to ask if you might work with me. (I think you have a dog training businessI) I am concerned about socializing him - both to other people and other dogs. He is not aggressive but frightened of people, new situations, and over-curious with dogs. He is timid in town, particularly around men - even if they are over 50 feet away.
I did have a DNA done. Good surprises:
25% Labrador retriever, 25% German shepherd, 25% Beagle, 12.5% Australian Shepherd and 12.5% Sharpei
A long answer. I am so grateful for your patience, dedication to Dex and to your work.
I believe we are a good match with Dex. He is loved and part of our family. He loves the big fenced yard. He is with one of us all of the time - or at least when he isn’t snoozing on the couch….
Thank you. I hope you are well.
~Barb
Carl
(intake 11/22/20 adoption 1/30/2021)
Martin (LAWS name was Carl) is doing well. He loves walks, hiding in our lilacs, and every bed in the house. It only took a day for our other dog to start liking him, and maybe a few days before he was happy to see us come home.
~Nicole and Travis
Charli
(intake 11/22/2020 adoption 2/1/2021)
Charli is one of the sweetest dogs we have had. She is very vocal and 'talks' a lot when she is happy and excited. She is a wonderful family dog, very loving, good natured and playful. She loves the snow and her morning walks. Her and Zoey are the best of friends and zoom around together throughout the house and backyard. We couldn't imagine not having her in our family and thankful we were able to foster and adopt her.
~Amber R.
Blitz
(intake 1/23/2021 adoption 3/5/2021)
He (Nickel) just turned fiive. He is thriving with his big sister Penny and they love exploring the high desert area we moved to every day.
The adoption process was smooth and quick. We were asked if we could meet at an outdoor dog park and we brought our female pitbull mix to ensure that both dogs are comfortable and friendly with each other. He had been fostered with a family during his time with LAWS so he was socialized and a perfect fit. Welcoming the new little pitbull mix into our home was a joy in 2021 and we value supporting our local animal rescue.
~Ruth M.
Rex
(intake 2/7/2021 adoption 3/18/2021)
Rexington is the happiest, silly dog. He walks his girls to the bus stop every morning and takes his job as an alert dog very seriously. His favorite thing in the world is the four-wheeler as he just loves to run! His best friend is Sarge, and he gets that old dog to run and play for a bit every morning.
Rex is the piece of the family we didn't know was missing.
Adopting through LAWS was really easy! The foster mom was up front about everything not just how he was a great dog but honest about his energy level and his progress in training. We were fully aware of what to expect the day we got him. We kept in touch with foster Mom for a while even after adoption. It showed how much LAWS truly cares for their animals and ensuring the fur babies find a good forever home!
~Amanda M.
Sadie
(intake 10/4/2020 adoption 3/27/2021)
Lulu (formerly Sadie). It did not take long for her to settle into our home. She and Ivy were a perfect match and rarely are apart. They sleep together as they follow the rays of sun as it moves around the house throughout the day. She LOVES our outdoor lifestyle. She's loves car rides and has traveled and hiked with us all around the country-Happy Jack, Medicine Bow Peak, Arizona, New Mexico, Oregon and the deep woods of Alabama. She loves getting out on the ski trails closer to home during the winter. She's funny and snuggly (wiggly) and loves her perch on the back of our couch where she can watch what is going on outside. She loves protecting the homeland from people walking by while she's out in the back yard and loves finding a place in the shade to watch me tend to the garden. She's smart as a whip.
Like many little dogs, Lulu still has a fear of meeting new dogs, especially those much bigger than her. When new, terrible dogs approach, she promptly comes to me ad sits behind my feet so that I am between her and them. Then we have a system; I pick her up and hold her so she feels secure and can watch her big sister interact with new pooches. When she realizes nothing terrible happens, she can be let down to join the crew on the ground.
Soon after we adopted her, we tended to her 'hairy eyeball' at CSU. She bounced back very easily from that surgery. In general though, she hates going to the vet.
I never thought I'd have a small dog. With Lulu I quickly learned that a lot of little dogs enjoy big dog activities if they're given the opportunity to play them. She amazes my friends with her athleticism, stamina, and love for long walks

Brutus
(intake 10/4/2020 adoption 3/27/2021)
Hi Brutus (still Brutus) is doing great. I’ll round up a few pictures.
Brutus loves to play with Thor
Brutus gets a walk every day in the big field near our house. He finds all the smells extremely interesting but is still wary of dogs he doesn’t know.
“pretty soft life here even if the couch cushions sometimes fall on me”.
Brutus has come a long way and is a sweet and affectionate boy. His fear of strange dogs and men has diminished a lot but he can be aggressive with dogs he doesn’t know and we keep him leashed on our daily walks.
~Jason and Linda
Reggie
(intake 12/27/2020 adoption 4/24/2021)
Reggie loves watching cartoons and anything that has animals on it. Loves playing with his dad, riding in the truck watching everything. He is very protective of the people and his animal friends he loves ( our family, a few friends, a few dogs, and he loves his cats in the barn), and doesn’t like other dogs or people he does not know. He will let you know if he doesn’t want you to touch him with a little growl. He will fight other dogs if they show aggression to him. He is our baby and we love him so much. Grady retired a few years ago and I’m retiring next week, we plan on taking trips and camping a lot, Reggie will go with us
~Suzie and Grady
Kona
(intake 10/21/2021 adoption 2/10/2022)
Hello! Kona is doing great! She loves being in the mountains, hanging out with her brother Harold, and her best friend is Stevie (also a LAWS dog). I’ll send some pics!
Chyna
(intake 1/12/2022 adoption 4/4/2022)
Winifred or Winni is the best girl ever. She is super active, loves to go on long bike rides, walks, and has even been hunting. She loves her best friend, Mable, and lets her crawl all over her, being extremely gentle when they “wrestle” and hug. Mable has helped Winni celebrate her 2nd birthday every day of December, making sure Wini gets all the treats she wants- which is maybe how Mable convinces Winni to dress up to play the part of Sven from frozen. She loves her family and is a little scared of strangers, but we continue to work on that. She recently got to see her foster family and it was the best day ever. She remembers them and loves it when they come to visit.
Feel free to share, we love her so very much!
Lou
(intake 10/13/2021 adoption 1/21/2022)

Gator
(intake 1/9/2022 adoption 4/24/2022)
Hi! Gator is doing great! And we kept his name :) absolutely feel free to post on social media. My son and Gator are best friends and Gator is such a sweetie and so fun and active!

Zip
(intake 11/30/2021 adoption 4/20/2022)
Cody (previously Zip) is doing great. He has brought so much joy to our lives, and I don't know what we would do without him. He loves to go camping, hiking, and riding in our Off Road Vehicle. Also, he likes to play, followed by a nap. It is OK to share. I will send some pictures separately. He is a happy boy.
Shang Chi
(intake 1/9/2022 adoption 3/22/2022)
Hello!
We have actually changed his name to Rocky. He is doing so good and we love him so much. He just had his second birthday at the beginning of December and was excited to celebrate his special day with him. Here are just a few.
Bucky
(intake 1/9/2022 adoption 3/19/2022)
His name is still Bucky :) I love Marvel characters haha. He is the sweetest dog we have ever owned. He never passes an opportunity to be close to us or get some snuggles in. Also if a human isn’t available to cuddle he’ll cuddle with a toy. He loves doing everything his big sister does at home. Loves to sit on your feet. Won’t eat his food unless you act like you’re doing something special to it. We moved to Florida in May! So he went from a winter loving dog to sandy beaches and warm weather! Let me get you some pics. We have too many of him to count.
And if it’s not obvious my wife and I couldn’t imagine a life without him.
Hogan
(intake 1/12/2022 adoption 3/22/2022)
Hogan is Awesome. Love him more than anything. He’s a great dog. Super happy. Not a mean bone in his body. Greatest dog I have ever been around. He’s 85 lbs also. And muscle.
Buttercup
(intake 1/9/2022 adoption 4/29/2022)
She’s called Frankie now (nicknamed “the Toot”) and she’s living her best life!! She’s just the greatest dog on the planet. She’s goofy, incredibly smart, hilariously playful (she has no off switch when she’s with other dogs), so snuggly, super loving with her family, and is just an all-round Good Girl. She’s still nervous around strangers and she once stole a pork chop and she manages to hog the whole bed some nights, but we love her even more for those quirks. We’re so grateful to you guys for bringing her into our lives!
Wesley
(intake 2/26/2022 adoption 4/22/2022)
Wesley is doing well! He gets along great with my other dogs, and he is such a lovey boy. Always wanting love and affection, plays great and hasn’t had any behavioral issues! Happy holidays!
Austin
(intake 1/12/2022 adoption 3/26/2022)
Boh (previously Austin) is doing so well. He’s been trained a lot more, is obsessed with fetch, and will lick just about anyone’s face off with his massive tongue lol
Bliss
(intake 1/12/2022 adoption 3/22/2022)
Chleo (previously Bliss) is our little snuggle butt. She loves sitting in the sun with her brother, sleeping with her little girl, coming to her little boy’s travel baseball games, and terrorizing the cats. She always brings her kind eyes and love to every room she enters. We couldn’t imagine our lives without our little pibble lady!!
Camila
(intake 10/9/2021 adoption 2/27/2022)
Camila (name wasn't changed) is doing very well! She loves her walks, homemade meals and spends her free time managing her hidden rawhides (which we often find when we do laundry or come home to a pile of dirt on the floor from a planter where she buried one! 💕). We love her and are so thankful to have her in our family!
Bellatrix
(intake 8/21/2021 adoption 3/31/2022)
Hi there ! We call her Bella :) She knew her name already so we kept it . She is happy as can be and spoiled rotten, we call her our little princess. I’d be happy to send pics and it’s fine to share them on social media .
She’s the sweetest dog of all of them, just a lover ❤️ we adore her she is a cuddle pro!! She just had her annual vet checkup and all is good!! She’s a happy lil girl.❤️
Duke
(intake 1/2/2022 adoption 4/28/2022)
We kept his name as Duke and he is doing great! He’ll be 2 on the second already and is the perfect addition to our family. He’s quite the protector of our family too. His foster is one of my best friends so Duke still goes to her house for lots of playdates.
He loves going on car rides to get the kids from school!
Logger
(intake 11/24/2021 adoption 4/4/2022)
Danali
(intake 9/3/2021 adoption 4/4/2022)
We did not rename them-we love their names and both are so fitting for who they are. Logger and Denali are doing so great! We adore them-so thankful for the fun and love they both bring to us everyday. Bonus-they also really like each other-totally different personalities that just compliment each other. They are spoiled and we love them!!
~Riley M.
Darla
(intake 9/3/2021 adoption 1/6/2022)
Darla is doing great! She's such a goofball but has been the perfect addition to our pack. She loves window watching, playing with her brothers (Mac & Trico), destroying toys, and going for walks. You're more than welcome to share these photos and her story. If you have any questions please let me know.
~Katelyn
Beau
(intake 11/30/2021 adoption 4/28/2022)
At the end of the month it will be exactly 4 years since I started fostering Beau, in April it will be 2 years since I adopted him 🥹 I love him so much!!
Panda
(intake 11/30/2021 adoption 4/28/2022)
Narcissa is absolutely wonderful and so loved. She and I now live in South Carolina and she’s spoiled by myself and my mom. She loves the beach and rolling around in the grass. Full of energy and so much love. I’ll attach photos of her from adoption day to now!
Hawkeye
Jasper (Hawkeye) is doing awesome! We are currently driving to Lake Tahoe for Christmas, where he will get to explore another place. He is a great adventure buddy and is super well-behaved. He always stays close and is amazing on recall. He loves Luna, our 7 year old rescue from Mississippi. He is probably the most affectionate and cuddly dog I have ever known.
Happy Jack
(Intake 1/23/2022 Adoption 3/3/2022)
Happy Jack now named Bo. I actually ran into his fosters at Starbucks and they got to see him! He’s an awesome dog. Weighs in at 68 pounds of pure love. He is such a sweet dog.
Madrid
(Intake 6/24/2023 Adoption 11/8/2024)
When we adopted Madrid, now lovingly known as BabyGirl — she quickly became an important part of our everyday life. She has such a fun personality and brings a lot of joy into our home.
BabyGirl loves squishy toys, watching birds, and has a habit of licking the condensation off our drink cups, which always makes us laugh. She’s also perfected the art of waking us up with kisses and usually sleeps right at the foot of our bed.
Our adoption experience with LAWS was amazing!
Flash
(intake 7-19-2024 adopted 11-7-24)
Flash was an older dog when he found LAWS, about 13 years old. He was overweight and had some dental problems, and LAWS placed him in a foster home where he received love, dental surgery, and a proper diet. We adopted him once he was ready and are so grateful for the care and support LAWS provided during his foster time. Flash came home to two new siblings—a Pitty and a Frenchie—and immediately made it clear that he’s an old man and they should leave him out of it when they feel like acting crazy.
He has a favorite spot on the couch, a favorite place on his side to be scratched, and a very well-practiced route through the backyard that he carefully marks at least twice a day. He taught the Pitty how to bark at squirrels. Flash can’t hear or see very well, but if you drop a tidbit on the floor, he’s there in a flash and it’s gone. He doesn’t care much for playing, but he absolutely loves to snuggle. It takes him a few warm-up tries, but he can jump up on the couch and into any warm, willing lap. Flash loves me—the Food Lady—dinner, and cuddling. He has maintained his impressive weight loss from foster care and is spry and healthy.
Bean
(intake 3/23/2025 adoption 6/11/2025)
Groot, who was known as Bean when he was with LAWS, is such a sweet cuddle bug. He’s very much a daddy’s boy, but he loves cuddles with momma too. He keeps us all on our toes with his nonstop energy, but when he finally wears himself out, his snores are the sweetest.
Groot loves his dad most of all and also enjoys picking on his sister, Willow. He is healthy, happy, and full of personality. Our adoption experience with LAWS was wonderful, the foster-to-adopt process was great, and we really appreciated being able to wait until Groot was a little older before neutering him. We are so thankful for all the work LAWS does.
Janice
(intake 11/1/2020 adoption 10/1/2021)
Janice—also known as Janice (The Beast)—is a very sweet, silly girl with a big personality. She’s a huge cuddle bug but will absolutely get the zoomies when the mood strikes. Her favorite toy is her orange mousey, and she’ll gently grunt at you if you pick her up. Janice snores incredibly loud and yells even louder when it’s time for breakfast.
She loves her moms, her orange mousey, and any kind of chicken. Janice is an incredibly well-behaved girl overall, her only quirk is that she eats like she’s starving and will sometimes throw up because of it. Using a puzzle bowl has helped quite a bit. Our adoption experience with LAWS was great; everyone was super friendly and helpful.
JC
(intake 2/14/2023 adoption 3/20/2024)
Jacey, who was known as JC when she was with LAWS, is absolutely loving life. Whether she’s chasing stuffed animals, playing in the snow, or going for runs, she always keeps us busy. Her crazy eyes, staring out the window, and “sealing” across us to announce that it’s time to wake up all make her uniquely Jacey.
Stuffed animals are her favorite, and she has no behavioral or medical issues to report. We’re so happy to share her story and photos and are grateful to LAWS for bringing her into our lives.
Oatmeal
(intake 9/26/2023 adoption 1/13/2024)
Shandy, formerly Oatmeal is doing great. She loves trips to the lake with her big brother, and they even have their own couch. We recently moved to nine acres south of town, giving her plenty of room to run and explore. Thank you to all the wonderful people at LAWS for everything you do.
Tommy
(intake 7/15/2022 adoption 9/4/24)
Finn, who was known as Tommy when he was with LAWS, is doing well and, as advertised, is full of energy. He’s a great companion for morning runs. During his first few months, he was nervous about leaving the house or the vehicle when we went on outings, but he slowly adapted to his new surroundings and now loves to explore when outside. One of Finn’s favorite habits is using his snout to lift your hand when he wants more petting—he can’t seem to get enough attention.
Finn loves peanut butter stick doggie treats and has no behavioral or medical concerns. Our adoption experience with LAWS was great.
Enzo
(Intake 3/3/2021 Adoption 7/29/2021)
Enzo is just as bright and mischievous as the first day I brought him home. He loves his bowl scratcher and running after people when they get up. Most nights he sleeps between my partner’s legs, but if he’s cold enough, he’ll sleep right on top of the heating vents—hard to believe with his long coat. Enzo lived in Tucson for almost two years and seemed to enjoy the warm weather, and he has since moved to Colorado. He goes on walks on the patio outside, mostly to roll around and get dirt on himself. He’s very vocal and will talk back if you ask him a question, and he always walks with his tail held high.
Enzo loves Othello the most—they truly adore each other. I adopted Enzo to be a companion for Othello, and it has worked out wonderfully. His next favorite thing is Churus. Medically, Enzo’s jaw is still broken but doesn’t seem to cause him any issues. He has had many teeth removed, likely due to his off-center jaw and difficulty keeping them moist. My adoption experience with LAWS was great—I met Enzo in the afternoon and had him home the next morning.
~Emily J.
Elu
(Intake 3/3/2021 Adoption 7/29/2021)
Freya, who was known as Elu when she was with LAWS, is our wonderful best friend, adventure partner, cuddle buddy, and the best part of every day. She loves howling like a husky in the morning, tagging along for a hike followed by a stop at a brewery, and then snuggling on the couch. She can be shy with new dogs and people at first, but once she warms up, she is completely devoted.
Freya sits like a person on the stairs and the couch, greets you with full-body wiggles, and has the biggest puppy eyes. She’s two now and still acts like a puppy, with youthful energy and a sweet demeanor. She’s eager to please and very well behaved, picking up on training instantly with no reminders needed. She also watches TV more intently than any dog we’ve ever known. Freya is healthy and happy, and her favorite things include long nature walks with plenty of sniffing, sprinting around the backyard, and curling up under a blanket with us on the couch.
Our adoption experience with LAWS was easy and smooth. The foster-to-forever program feels like a great way to make sure puppies end up in the right homes.

Bailey
Bailey (Intake 4/20/2024 Adoption 9/27/2025)
Geoffrey (Intake 8/2/2021 Adoption 10/4/2021)
Jo (who was known as Bailey when she was adopted) and Geoffrey have both settled in beautifully and are healthy and full of personality. Each quickly carved out an important role in our home. Jo is playful, loving, and always keeping a close eye on all of us, including the cat. She’s known for her sweet eyes, chasing her ball, and collecting rocks wherever she goes. Geoffrey, who came from a foster litter of four, is sweet on his own terms, an avid bird watcher, and will sit in every box he can find.
Geoffrey has lived with two dog siblings and puts on a good sassy black cat front, though we’ve caught him cuddling with both. Both Jo and Geoffrey know the sound of a cheese wrapper and come running, one of the few things they truly agree on, aside from hogging the bed. Jo especially loves her pupsicle (fondly called her “iPad”), her soccer ball, and cheese, while Geoffrey enjoys stealing guitar picks, climbing pant legs, and—of course—cheese. Both are healthy and doing well, with no ongoing medical or behavioral needs out of the ordinary.
Overall, our adoption experience with LAWS was great with both animals.
