Help Support LAWS’s New Facility & Capital Effort
The Laramie Animal Welfare Society is undertaking a capital effort to renovate our newly purchased facility so we can better support animals, volunteers, and community programs. Corporate sponsorships play a critical role in helping us move forward with necessary renovations and infrastructure improvements.
What Sponsorship Supports
Corporate sponsorships directly support:
Renovation and build-out of our new facility
Infrastructure, safety, and operational improvements
Long-term sustainability for LAWS programs and services
Our goal is to move into the building as soon as possible, even if renovations are still ongoing. Funds received now directly determine the scope and timing of the work we are able to complete.
Corporate Sponsorship Levels
Corporate sponsorships are one-time contributions. Recognition is provided for one year and may be renewed annually.

In-Kind and Trade Sponsorships
Businesses offering in-kind or trade support play a critical role in helping LAWS move into our new space as efficiently and safely as possible.
LAWS welcomes in-kind donations and professional services that directly support the renovation, build-out, and operation of our new facility. These contributions help move the project forward while reducing overall costs and timelines.
In-kind and trade sponsorships may be recognized at equivalent sponsorship levels based on fair market value and project impact
Examples of In-Kind & Trade Support May Include:
Construction materials or skilled labor
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or general contracting services
Equipment, fixtures, or furnishings
Professional services (legal, marketing, IT, accounting, design, etc.)

High Country Maintenance is a locally owned and operated business serving Laramie and surrounding Wyoming communities. They specialize in property maintenance, painting, repairs, and general improvements for homes and rental properties.
Through a generous in-kind contribution, their team is donating skilled labor and professional expertise to complete essential upgrades to our cat rooms and surrounding areas. Their work includes painting all cat rooms and ceilings, installing cove base trim, framing windows for a more finished look, completing drywall repairs and closures, and sealing and protecting exterior fascia.
