Becoming part of the Giving Tree is simple, and everything can be completed online in just a few minutes.

Step 1 – Make Your Gift

Step 2 – You’ll Be Automatically Redirected

After completing your donation, you will be redirected to our website to fill out the “Giving Tree Form” or you can return to this page and fill it out below.

Completing the form ensures your leaf is engraved correctly and added to our Giving Tree.

Step 3 – We’ll Confirm and Finalize Your Leaf

Once your form is submitted, a LAWS volunteer will review it and contact you if clarification is needed. Your leaf will then be added to our engraving list.
