Introducing the LAWS Giving Tree

We’re excited to introduce the LAWS Giving Tree, a one-of-a-kind art installation that will welcome visitors into the front entry of our new rescue center.

The sculpture will feature a handcrafted aspen tree mounted from floor to ceiling. Surrounding the tree, custom engraved metal leaves will be mounted on the wall, each recognizing an individual, family, or business whose generosity helps LAWS grow and care for animals in our community.

Supporters can sponsor a leaf to become part of this permanent display, creating a lasting tribute to the compassion and community support that make our work possible.

The tree itself is being created by Wyoming chainsaw artist Eric Tkachenko, whose work will serve as the centerpiece of this special installation.

Over time, as more leaves are added, the LAWS Giving Tree will become a living symbol of the generosity that helps LAWS rescue animals, provide care, and connect them with loving homes.

Tree Trunk Sponsor

We are deeply grateful to Helen Coates of Laramie, Wyoming, whose generous contribution has sponsored the trunk of the LAWS Giving Tree. Her support specifically helps support the work of the LAWS Dog Program, and brings this special installation to life as a lasting symbol of compassion.
