When a dog arrives in crisis- lost, abandoned, injured,in need of immediate safety or waiting for a foster, we need a place where they can land. Our Dog Kennels will provide exactly that.

This dedicated area will offer:

• Indoor enclosed kennels designed for short-term, safe housing

• Quiet, low-stress spaces where dogs can decompress and settle

• Direct dog-door access to secure outdoor kennel runs and yard, giving dogs fresh air and monitored movement

• Safe containment for dogs needing medical evaluation, behavioral assessment, or temporary shelter before moving to foster care

This space will also support our foster families. If a foster needs temporary assistance, whether traveling, managing an emergency, or facing challenges with a dog’s behavior or health, these kennels provide a safe, in-house option without the need for external boarding.

Together, these improvements ensure every dog, no matter how they arrive or what their foster family is facing, has a warm, protected place to rest while we determine the best next step in their journey.
